Haywards Heath Golf Club is seeking to employ people to work part time in all aspects of the Club’s catering and Bar operations. These positions offer the variety of helping with food preparation and service in the Kitchen, the delivery of food and drinks to members and guests in the dining room and serving behind the Bars.
Preference will be given to those who have a responsible attitude and an out-going, lively personality. Candidates with a desire to deliver high standards in all tasks attempted will be favoured and a background in the catering and hospitality industries will be an advantage. Training will be given and the attainment of a Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety qualification will be supported.
Flexibility and adaptability are required as the tasks will vary on a daily basis depending on the demands of customers on the course, functions and events in the Clubhouse and the need to fit in with the rest of the Catering team.
The Catering Service at the Club usually starts at 09:00am including weekends. All shifts are rosterd in advance and are usually for three or four hours minimum and can be longer if available. Afternoon and evening shifts also available when functions and events demand.
